Celebrated crossing the finish line together with II round students and teachers

Closing seminar of Girl Power project for 2^nd round students took place in Tartu AHHAA Science Center on November 24^th. Together with students and teachers we looked back to our journey in this project. Participants shared their experiences and thoughts about different events, successes and challenges during the project period. Panel discussion with participants were moderated by Harald Lepisk who we met already during pitching seminar in the beginning of November.

We also analyzed everyone`s individual contribution to the success of the project and teamwork.

From students feedback it came out that they gained a lot from this project: new friends from both countries, better English speaking skills, new skills to use in any other life situation, new knowledge about generating ideas and developing products or services, new learning methods and possibility to meet great experts and entrepreneurs.   

In the second part of the seminar Andres Juur, Chairman of the Board of AHHAA Science Centre, greeted us and gave a short interview to our project coordinator Ardo Rohtla. He described opportunities that AHHAA offers to young people with entrepreneurial and creative mind.

We finished our day with the performance of AHHAA and visited new exhibition “Aha, Brain!”.
